Who are the experts?
The developers of the Community Help Desk prototype have
been actively assisted by nearly 40 people who are knowledgeable about how to
assist senior adults and young people who are at risk of violence, neglect or
abuse. These experts range from
directors of social service agencies, to youth officers in local police
departments, to the people who answer the hotlines and helplines that serve
youth and senior adult constituencies.
